WHAT EXACTLY IS THE ELECTRIC STORAGE HEATERS UPGRADE?

The government’s schemes require the most significant energy companies to provide grants for replacement/upgrade of Heating to individuals who qualify. The incentives are given by the ‘Big Six’ energy suppliers under the Government ECO3 Scheme.
