How Does It Work?

Step 1.

The government’s schemes require the most significant energy companies to provide grants for replacement/upgrade of Heating to individuals who qualify. The incentives are given by the ‘Big Six’ energy suppliers under the Government ECO3 Scheme. They will provide you with a brand-new Central Heating System or Electric Storage Heater Upgrade for free or at a fraction of what it would typically cost.

The scheme is available to UK homeowners and tenants, and you may take advantage of it, as many others have. The grant for the tenant’s scheme provides for installing a new central heating system, which includes a boiler, radiators, associated plumbing, and Smart Heating Controls.

To qualify for a FREE Central Heating Grant under the present scheme, your Electric Storage Heaters (ESH) must be old or inefficient. If there is No Heating on the premises, you can get a Brand-New Central Heating System.

Step 2.

How Do I Obtain a Funded Central Heat?

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government-backed program that allows qualifying homes to replace the inefficient heating system for free or at a significant discount.

We will also determine whether you are eligible for further energy-saving measures like the loft, cavity wall, and underfloor insulation and will install these for free!

Did you know that?

Over one-third of Eco-saving customers receive a Free Central Heating and Insulation!

And the good news is that for those who don’t, the average contribution for brand-new central Heating with the boiler is roughly £300 — saving you thousands!

Step 3.

If your Heating is beyond repair and inefficient, you are halfway there in qualifying. The second part of the grant qualification criteria refers to you receiving one of a variety of income-related benefits that would likely qualify you for FREE New Central Heating Grants.

Qualifying benefits include:

  • Child Tax Credit
  • Income-related Employment Support Allowance
  • Income-based Job Seekers Allowance
  • Income Support
  • Pension Guaranteed Credit (excludes Savings Credit)
  • Working Tax Credit
  • Universal Credit
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Carer’s Allowance
  • Severe Disablement Allowance
  • Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefits
  • Ministry of Justice Benefits (administered by Veterans UK)
  • War Pensions Mobility Supplement
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • Child Benefit

This is excellent news for many people, including retirees, single parents, owners, and tenants who may be qualified under the scheme’s rules.

Eligibility for Child Benefits Recipients:

  • Get Free Central Heating
  • Government-backed grant to replace your old inefficient electric heaters.
  • Save money on heating bills by replacing your old electric heater with a new one
  • Apply for free government funding to replace your outdated, inefficient electric heater.

What is the Eco3 Scheme

The eco3 scheme is a government program that helps people save energy in their homes. The main goal of this program is to help people who are living in poverty by giving them money to improve their home insulation and heating. You may be able to get free insulation, heating, and other energy-saving measures if you qualify for the program.

We offer the following measures to qualifying properties:

  • Electric Storage Heaters
  • Loft Insulation
  • Cavity Wall Insulation
  • Internal Wall Insulation
  • Room In Roof Insulation
  • First Time Central Heating

If you have electric storage heaters that are 10+ years old or one of them is faulty, you can replace them through our ECO3 scheme. If you use electric room/panel heaters, we can install new storage heaters or New Central Heating System with Gas Boiler if you have an installed Gas meter or can apply one for you through the same scheme.
